The rooms draw on the modern and contemporary design of the hotel and create a special balance between design and nature. The Riders Restaurant changes dishes with the seasons. The vegetarian cuisine uses regional products, which are carefully selected and prepared. The Riders Hotel is also a meeting place for culture lovers. Their events bring people together — whether at concerts, exhibitions or parties.

Starting point & objectives
After we were able to create the previous website for the Riders Hotel and the hotel and target group had changed over the years, it was time for a new brand identity — and primarily for a comprehensive redesign of the website as a central point of contact for guests. The existing logo was retained and will continue as a constant part of the brand. The aim was to sharpen the target audience and reposition the Riders Hotel brand both digitally and analogously.
Approach & Outcome
Together with the Riders Hotel team, we sharpened the target group in a workshop and developed the design basis for the new website. Because the redesign didn't focus on the hotel itself, but on the people who experience it. The aim was an appearance that reflected their attitude and way of life — open, self-confident and with a sense of style. A bright, airy aesthetic creates space and lightness, conveys openness and peace and makes the content work. It appears clear, modern and accessible. Targeted color accents bring dynamism and warmth, while organic typography brings naturalness and character. Since the target group is primarily digital, the website follows a reduced, clear structure that provides orientation and makes content intuitive to understand. In addition, the modular design elements developed by us ensure that the site can be easily extended and maintained over the long term. Based on this, the visual concept was transferred to other means of communication, from social media templates to printed matter, which consistently continue the appearance and make the Riders Hotel brand tangible beyond the screen.
