  • 1 kg white flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 30 grams of fresh yeast
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 dl cream (lukewarm)
  • 3 dl milk (lukewarm)

Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a nice, elastic dough. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume. Form the dough into two to three braids and let it rest again (about 15 to 30 minutes).
